If you have any questions regarding this Wednesday night's Los Angeles event, feel free to post them in the comments section below. 4th Thursday is a regular event in Los Angeles and is held every month on the 4th Thursday of a month, there are 5 main objectives to complete during 4th Thursday events: The primary objective of the fourth Thursday is to help your football club get promoted from the lower leagues. To get promoted from 4th division, players must have played at least three seasons in that division. Eventually, when a player has played in the 4th division for a minimum of 5 seasons, they will make a promotion after a successful year in which they scored more than 60 goals. The secondary objective is to create a good squad for the season. It is easy to create players in FMS, each team has different rules and it is up to you decide what you want. There are different positions that can be filled by new signings: defensive, offensive midfielders and forwards. In every position there are several attributes that have an influence on gameplay such as passing, shooting, perception and reflexes among others. Players can also train their skills by using training points. The more players use their training points, the more skill points they earn at the end of each season, which they can then spend on improving certain stats. A player's development is slow until they are very talented; then it's up to the player to let his talent shine through regularly. Thirdly is to make sure you maintain a solid victory over your rival team at least twice in every month (to open the 4th Thursday), remember you don't have to win promotion but you must make sure you keep your football club up for another season. The final objective is not as easy as the first two as you must make sure you maintain a positive goal difference, if this condition is met, you will be signed by the Premier League. On the fourth Thursday of each month, players must join 3rd degree Football and play friendlies and cup matches. You can also start your managerial career and choose your favorite team.
